Just take a look at me- my radiant color exudes health. A mix of fruits and vegetables, I’ve got it all. Pineapple contains Bromelain, which has been touted to decrease inflammation and aid in digestion of amino acids. Beets have been shown to lower blood pressure and improve athletic performance. Carrots are a Vitamin A powerhouse, one of the few vitamins that is under consumed in many people. Carrots also contribute to my Vitamin K profile and my anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects. It’s no wonder carrots were recently named as one of the specific foods that fight cancer. Nothing can kale my vibe with this combo!
